AAO URL Launcher

This patch will register "aao://" with the exe for America's Army, allowing you to auto join servers via your web browser.  When patched you can click the icon on the server tracking page, join via our Community Toolbar, or type it into your browser address bar aao:IP:PORT, eg "aao:60.242.47.193:1716".  You can even add on your PAPassword command to join as admin.
