ArmA II Demo released!

If you receive a message stating "ArmA2Demo.exe - Unable To Locate Component: This application has failed to start because X3DAudio1_6.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.", then you need to make sure you have the latest Directx 9 Redistributable installed...

There are still some bugs in the demo, that's for certain. Still, it's smooth enough for me to know that I am DEFINITELY getting the game once the retail version is released in the USA. (Screw Steam! ) The number of mods and custom missions that have already been released suggests that the ArmA community is going to continue to make it the premier combat sim available for non-LE/military use.

Just for the record, I have no plans to uninstall the original ArmA game anytime in the near future. I wish I could say the same for AA3...

I've given this demo a play, not much but from what I've seen its got potential. www.arma2.com, steam also has a demo for download.

I'd like to here what others think.

I've got myself into Arma2, I'm really enjoying it... and creating a custom mission isn't too tricky which makes the game very flexible.

I have ARMA2 now as well it ROCKS....
Zonker ADF have 2 servers running and FDG has one also..
