In the last 10 days the both servers crash every day!
When go down (crash), a long time stay off line.
Whether it was a technical problem or someone attack servers?

Ok, now I know what you mean.

Please read and understand the following.

The servers are only as stable as the map they run. We do have a network switch that is locking up.. freezing traffic. When this happens its not possible to fix it remotely and causes a few hours of outage, both will be offline in that case.

REMEMBER we run new and under development maps and the servers are as stable as the maps they run. It's very normal for them to crash and is why we run two, so you can move to another map and server.

There are also periods where I'll do maintenance and servers will be down. There is no need to worry about the game servers being hacked, its all within "normal" parameters. The web server hasn't be hacked either, it was simply spam user registrations, I've upgraded the user rego to require email approval and this can be upgraded to admin approval if it continues to be a problem.

We are a free and open service so a bit of spam and abuse can be expected, I thank you all for helping keep an eye on the state and security of the AAOTTS assets and help the community grow.
