Many new map - Ancient Ruin, The Castle, SFcscar and other maps have the same bug. If we accidentally kill the informant/civilian, map block game and server crashes. Is it possible to correct this bug?(I noticed that some players to intentionally to do this to down the server) Perhaps we should place on the site/page to describe bugs in the maps so that map-makers more easily correct errors BUG

the issue comes only when AI shot the civilian or also when you do? because I don't remember server crashes for that, just asking

Well, here I am, anonymous all right. With guys nobody really cares about. They come from the end of the line, most of 'em. Small towns you never heard of: Pulaski, Tennessee; Brandon, Mississippi; Pork Van, Utah; Wampum, Pennsylvania. Two years' high school's about it, maybe if they're lucky a job waiting for them back at a factory, but most of 'em got nothing. If you can get the .log file and see what error it gives before it crashes that'd be a good start. It does happen on quite a few maps (shot by AI or player doesn't matter) although it seems fine on others so I think it is fixable. (Although another workaround is a script on the server that automatically restarts if its crashed - I think this is possible ...?)

I should be able to get the log file, next time it crashes under that condition I'll grab the log. This would be a good one to solve as it happens often and in a wide range of maps over a different authors. Any help would be great contrails thanks. Great work raising it Bug. TT

I missed the comments about the restart. I agree that it should restart on crash, if you have a script link I could look at to modify. I'm hoping to implement some extra automation including map and ini updates. The server is due for a rebuild so that would be on the TO DO list. Thanks for the suggestion. TT
