We may as well get it on a server.
I'll put it on Server 1 soon, at least until GoCat gets his MP server going.

I found This topic on AATracker. He is high experienced mapper, I think. But his web site has already closed. Anyway, it's a great modified map.

I tested the map, however on load the log gives the following error.

Warning: Failed to load 'S_AAO_LvL_FirstAid': Can't find file for package 'S_AAO_LvL_FirstAid'
Warning: Failed to load 'SFHospital_NE.aao': Can't find file for package 'S_AAO_LvL_FirstAid'
Warning: Failed to load 'Level None.MyLevel': Can't find file for package 'S_AAO_LvL_FirstAid'
Critical: Failed to enter SFHospital_NE.aao: Can't find file for package 'S_AAO_LvL_FirstAid'
Exit: Executing UObject::StaticShutdownAfterError

Do we need some supporting files or is it a map mod?
