thanks dude,

now one last question. i want to change the floor texture and make it a bright sunny day with a few clouds like 3.0 pipeline how would i do this?

and also in pipe like where u come out of the vent and it is white, how would i change all thhat, i dont want any white, or snow

To change terrain surface texture, open terrain editing tool. double click TerrainInfo to open terrain properties. expand TerrainInfo --> Layers tab. mainly Pipeline uses 5 layers. click one of layers. you will see what texture is used. you can apply different textures for each layers.
to lighten outside world, open ZoneInfo properties(locate at center of the map) and change AmbientBrightness in ZoneLight tab.
To change the sky, make a new Skybox or easily copy and paste the skybox stuff from existing map. there are terrain and skybox tutorial.

and also chage the texture of the big pipes cuz when its green how do u change the texture?
Double click the static mesh to open properties. expand Display tab. if Skins are empty, you can add new skin, and apply texture.

one last thing, if i wanted people to parachute in how would i do this? I saw something about Paramode or something lik PARA_DEFAULT like a whole list

and also moving vehicle>? and can i spawn a hummer?

Theres no way he could have made that map look like 3.0

Theres just no way, half of those objects ive never seen in the editor?

Is there more editor pacakes if so where do i get them????

Can you guide me to how to copy a sky box?

I want to make the map sunny, not as sunny as urban assult but like a clear blue sky like 3.0 nice sunny clear blue sky being a t the beach

1. Parachute setting : bGiveParachute set to True in PlayerStart properties. pull up player spawn higher. sample map = FLS, Farm Raid, Radio Tower.

2. Moving vehicle maybe enemy tank : Actor class browser --> NavigationPoint --> SmallNavigationPoint --> NPCVehicleStart put it on the ground. it needs route path for run. NavigationPoint --> PathNode --> RoadPathNode, or OffroadPathNode. setting sample maps are Interdiction and SF SnakePlain.

3. Drivable Hummer : NavigationPoint --> AGPVehicleStart set VehicleClass to CROWS_HMMWV_50cal or MK19GL.

4. Objects never seen? you mean static meshes? open static mesh browser then click "File" "Open" menu. all packages will be found.

5. Copying Skybox : in this time I use "M24_range.aao" to show sky in 3D view window, hit K key. now find Sky box locate at left bottom corner of the map. to select multiple objects, Ctrl+Alt+LeftMouse and drag your cursor.

now all sky box stuff are highlighted. put cursor on it then Edit --> copy. open your map. right click on the ground then "Edit" "Paste" "Here". NOTE : keep them highlighted! move them outside of the map shell. now select existing sky box, then hit "Delete" to erase them. final, hit "Build All" to apply changes. you will see new sky.
But no easy day. you'll have to edit some settings like AmbientBrightness, fog color and depth, sun light etc etc...
