1. Parachute setting : bGiveParachute set to True in PlayerStart properties. pull up player spawn higher. sample map = FLS, Farm Raid, Radio Tower.
2. Moving vehicle maybe enemy tank : Actor class browser --> NavigationPoint --> SmallNavigationPoint --> NPCVehicleStart put it on the ground. it needs route path for run. NavigationPoint --> PathNode --> RoadPathNode, or OffroadPathNode. setting sample maps are Interdiction and SF SnakePlain.
3. Drivable Hummer : NavigationPoint --> AGPVehicleStart set VehicleClass to CROWS_HMMWV_50cal or MK19GL.
4. Objects never seen? you mean static meshes? open static mesh browser then click "File" "Open" menu. all packages will be found.
5. Copying Skybox : in this time I use "M24_range.aao" to show sky in 3D view window, hit K key. now find Sky box locate at left bottom corner of the map. to select multiple objects, Ctrl+Alt+LeftMouse and drag your cursor.

now all sky box stuff are highlighted. put cursor on it then Edit --> copy. open your map. right click on the ground then "Edit" "Paste" "Here". NOTE : keep them highlighted! move them outside of the map shell. now select existing sky box, then hit "Delete" to erase them. final, hit "Build All" to apply changes. you will see new sky.
But no easy day. you'll have to edit some settings like AmbientBrightness, fog color and depth, sun light etc etc...
